Hotel Room Booking Information
The TradeWinds Island Grand Resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida is the conference hotel for SMA 2010. Located just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport, the resort is located on an 18-acre strand of sugar white beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The standard group rate for SMA 2010 is $129 single/double. Standard rooms are assigned at random and views, etc. will vary. Attendees may guarantee specific views at higher prices. Complete information on room options and how to book your reservation is available below.

- Standard Hotel Room $129.00
- Tropical Hotel Room, based on availability $144.00
- Standard One Bedroom Suite, based on availability $159.00
- Tropical One Bedroom Suite, based on availability $174.00
- Gulf Front Parlor Room, based on availability $154.00
- Gulf Front One Bedroom Suite, based on availability $204.00
Room Rules:
- A specific number of rooms are being held at these special rates for October 26 – October 30, 2010. These rates may be available before or after these dates, based upon availability.
- Rates are available until September 27, 2010. After this date, all group requests will be subject to rate/room type availability.
- All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to applicable taxes unless attendee provides proof of tax exempt status prior to check-in.
- Children under 18 are complimentary when sharing a room. Each additional person 18 years of age and older will be charged an additional fee of $15.00 per room, per night.
- Group rates may not be combined with any other special offer, package or discount.
- A nightly Resort Amenity Fee (RAF) is included in each over night Hotel Room or One Bedroom Suite rate. Overnight and Non-overnight guests will be charged a parking rate of $10.00 per day.
- REFUNDS: Deposits are refunded provided your reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to 4 p.m. on your arrival date. Please retain the cancellation number given.
