SMA 2009 Meeting

Registration and Payment Information

Follow these steps to register:

  1. Click here to access the online registration form (if you are not logged in to your account, you will be asked to provide your login details or create a new account at this time).
  2. You will then be asked to choose your membership type enter your registration and payment information. You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), check (drawn on US Banks only) or Money Order (payable in US Dollars). After you have completed the form, press the 'Complete Registration' button at the bottom of the page.
  3. Your registration will then be completed and a Registration Confirmation will be displayed to you (you will also be sent an email confirming your registration). If you chose to pay by check or money order, information on completing your payment will be displayed to you.
Registration Fees
Regular Meeting Registration Fee $106
Full-time student Meeting Registration Fee $71
Membership Fee (does not include conference registration) $36
 
The SMA Membership Fee ($36) includes the Journal of Management, the SMA Newsletter, and other mailings as well.

For those attending the 2009 SMA meeting, please note that your membership Fee ($36) for January 1-December 31, 2010 is included in the meeting registration fees. Each conference presenter, session chair, etc. MUST be registered.
  
 
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Refund / Cancellation Policy for Conference Related Fees
For registrants who are not on the Conference Program (as presenters or facilitators), SMA provides a 100% refund of conference related fees (conference registration fee and any additional fees for conference registration options) for cancellations received up to 15 days before the start of the conference. No refunds are offered for cancellations made after this date.
For registrants who are on the Conference Program (as presenters or facilitators), SMA provides a 100% refund of conference related fees (conference registration fee and any additional fees for conference registration options) for cancellations received up to 45 days before the start of the conference. No refunds are offered for SMA Program Participants after this date. Refund / Cancellation Policy for Membership Related Fees
SMA offers a 100% refund of membership related fees for all cancellations received at least 10 days before the start of the membership term. No refund will be offered for cancellations received for a membership term that has already begun.
