SMA Newsletters
The SMA Newsletter comes out twice yearly, in February and September. News items also appear on the SMA website so that members can be receive timely information in between newsletter issues. If you have a news item or photo that you would like considered for inclusion in the newsletter or on the website, you can email it to the SMA Communications Coordinator, Don Kluemper, at dkluemper@niu.edu. News items may be submitted at any time, but the cutoff dates for inclusion in the newsletters are ordinarily January 15 for the spring issue, and August 15 for the fall issue.
 All newsletters are available in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format, and newsletters since Spring 2007 are also available in Web (HTML) format. If you cannot open Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format files, you can click here to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
